Stephanie helped us to navigate buying a home in Kelowna while we were in Calgary. She responded to any communication super promptly. Stephanie cared about our family needs and was able to process all paperwork online. She took many videos and photos when needed. After only two sessions even though during one our family have seen 8 houses in 6 hours, we found our new home. She helped us to negotiate a fair deal and checked on the home as needed so we didn't have to travel the long distance. We received recommendations for great contractors. She did a great job with filtering unqualified leads and worked with our busy schedules. When the offers came, she combed thoroughly with each sentence. We were both very assured with the terms as she was able to make the legal contracts easier to understand. Stephanie offered sound strategies to us which ultimately helped us accept a solid offer.
